CLIA is preparing to welcome a new intake of Masters candidates next month, providing an opportunity to gain the association’s highest qualification for cruise specialists.
After a successful new online format was introduced last year, the Master’s Program will return from March 14 as a six-week course and is available exclusively to CLIA member agents who have achieved Ambassador status.
The Master’s Program is designed to give cruise specialists the ability to develop new revenue streams and create unique brand differentiation. It allows agents to move into an environment beyond mainstream selling, providing the skills needed to forge a unique position in a competitive retail landscape.
New content includes education on data, technology and the evolving online retail environment. Other aspects include personal strength assessments, digital and neuromarketing tips, business strategy and planning skills, and understanding how to become integral to clients’ online environment.
After completing the Master’s course and assignment, agents will receive 100 accreditation points and enter the prestigious CLIA Cruise Masters ranks, with a higher search ranking on the CLIA Australasia website.
To take part, member agents can register their interest by email to info-aus@cruising.org or visit the CLIA website for more information.
