Here’s a seaside collab to whet your appetite! From the 17th to 21st February 2022, fans of Chef “Som” Jutamas Theantae and Chef “Van” Chalermpon Rohitratana or simply, foodies looking to explore good, honest Western-Asian food against an incredible backdrop of Kao Tao beach, Hua Hin are welcome to join this one-off 4 Hands dining experience by the beach.

Long-time friends, Chef Van’s and Chef Som’s careers have evolved over the years, and in essence have evolved in parallel. Both become advocates of good quality ingredients and taste-focus rather than following modern food fashion or aesthetic trends.

Chef Van of น้องแวนโภชนา (Nong Van Pochana) has built a loyal following of dedicated Thai-food foodies looking at alternative thought to the traditional mainstream approach, as Chef Som of SOM’S TABLE has also become locally renowned for her refreshingly unique approach to cooking.

The 7 Course Western with an Asian touch menu, will reflect the commonality between the two, which is good ingredients and honest cooking to create a ‘taste’ which brings the kind of happiness, refined comfort food can bring. You just know, this is going to be one fun and delectable occasion.
