Highlighted in di Mare Restaurant for all our romantic guests is the enticingly special tasting menu on 14th February dubbed Seven Courses of Sensuality. To accompany the fine dining dinner, there will be a special performance courtesy of a Duo of Violins from 7.00-9.00pm, all for just IDR 3,500,000++ per couple.
“It’s a menu that takes you on a romantic journey with your lover, that starts with sushi-grade butterfish, sensual oysters in gold leaf, magical black chicken agnolotti, then onto butter poached rock lobster. All leads up to the main course of grilled love birds – organically-raised boneless quail from Java with a sauce made from dried hibiscus flowers. Before the final course of a decadent dessert duo there is a quick stop over of artisan cheeses locally made in Bali and Java. It’s a gastronomic journey.”
Karma Kandara’s Wellness Room Package is available at IDR 24,910,600 NETT for two nights, and IDR 27,837,800 NETT for three nights. Specialty deal that forms a part of the Month of Love, which merges a stay at the One Bedroom Pool Villa with an itinerary of massages, manicures, pedicures, jamu and health-focused dinner incorporating nutrition-rich superfood salads using torch ginger flower with fresh squeezed pomelo juice and a Balinese seafood curry.
