Huawei Consumer Business Group (CBG) has today announced the exciting launch of HUAWEI FreeBuds Lipstick, an elegant and sophisticated addition to its dynamic audio portfolio.
Hitting shelves nationally from today, HUAWEI FreeBuds Lipstick combines luxury design with cutting-edge technology and features high-resolution sound, air-like comfort, open-fit active noise cancellation 2.0, and a smart audio experience without compromising on style.
HUAWEI FreeBuds Lipstick is designed by a group of multinational designers from Huawei’s Paris Aesthetics Research Centre creating a true fashion statement that is exquisitely crafted for a smooth, metallic touch that gives music or podcast the showcase it deserves.
HUAWEI FreeBuds Lipstick’s luxury-grade stainless-steel charging case is corrosion and wear-resistant and built using 30 intricate processes along with polishing to produce a surface as smooth as a mirror.
The charging case also features a magnetic design, and it has a unique “click” sound reminiscent of a traditional lipstick case.
Available in a one trio of black, gold and red colours, the colour palate depicts the classic romantic lipstick, with black representing mystery, gold symbolising luxury, and red expressing enthusiasm and charm.
The lipstick-design case is presented in a special scented gift box, adding an extra touch of pleasure when unboxing the earphones.
HUAWEI FreeBuds Lipstick inherits Huawei’s industry-leading open-fit design that is based on the ergonomic simulation system grounded by 10,000+ human ear models and the extensive stress simulation test on eight parts of the ear, enhancing the earphone design to provide ultimate comfort wearing.
Moreover, the HUAWEI FreeBuds Lipstick features AEM EQ adjustment which will automatically detect the ear canal shape and wearing conditions, and then assign the best suited EQ setting to fit the users’ ears.
Using the HUAWEI AI Life App, consumers can choose from three modes of EQ including balanced (default), bass boost and treble boost to enjoy a personalised audio experience.
HUAWEI FreeBuds Lipstick adopts the dual-microphone noise cancellation, which can effectively pick up environmental noise.
Together with the AEM noise cancellation technology, it will automatically select the most suitable set of noise cancellation parameters from more than 10 sets.
Smart connectivity for seamless switch between devices
Thanks to EMUI 12 Device+ features, users can freely transfer a video from their smartphone to their PC or tablet, and transfer the audio to the earphones seamlessly.
It also uses the proximity Bluetooth pairing so users can pair with nearby smartphone, tablet, and PC and it can achieve dual device connections. In addition, users can set up the touch control settings on the HUAWEI AI Life App.
The smart audio experience also allows consumers to link up a Huawei smartwatch to the HUAWEI FreeBuds Lipstick to manage noise cancellation modes, check battery life, and control the music playback.
With all-new game audio coding technology, HUAWEI FreeBuds Lipstick is able to reduce the latency to 90ms, keeping the audio in lockstep with the action onscreen.
On top of smooth connectivity, HUAWEI FreeBuds Lipstick can record high-fidelity sound with a sample rate of up to 48 kHz.
Users only need to turn on the Surroundings Mode in the HUAWEI AI Life app, then they can record the surrounding sound when recording a travel vlog to capture the exciting moments with high-fidelity sound.
HUAWEI FreeBuds Lipstick also offers an impressive battery life allowing consumers to enjoy music anytime and anywhere with 22 hours of music playback with a fully charged charging case or four hours of music playback with fully charged earphones.
