New inclusions on the world’s largest sailing ship, Golden Horizon

Tradewind Voyages say that voyages aboard the world’s newest and largest sailing ship, Golden Horizon, now come with a raft of onboard inclusions for Australians, including an all-day beverage package, Wi-Fi and laundry services.
Plus, earlybird savings of up to A$2074 per couple are available to Australians who book a grand, back-to-back Mediterranean cruise package aboard the majestic tall ship in 2023 before December 31, 2022.  This special offer is being offered by Australian small ship cruising specialist, Cruise Traveller, in conjunction with UK-based cruise line, Tradewind Voyages, which operates the huge, modern five-masted sailing ship.
The 272-passenger Golden Horizon will offer 21 voyages of 8-11 nights through the Mediterranean from April to September in 2023, with Cruise Traveller also offering seven grand combo voyages of up to 21 nights which combine two back-to-back sailings in the Mediterranean, enabling Australians to maximise their time and see more during their European holiday.
An eight-night cruise and stay package aboard the spectacular tall ship in the Mediterranean in 2023 is available from A$5395 per person, twin-share, including the new extra inclusions of onboard laundry, Wi-Fi and all-day beverages such as beer, wine by the glass and a range of liqueurs and cocktails – and also including onboard gratuities.
Cruise Traveller has combined two of the Mediterranean sailings to create an extended 18-night ‘Grand Greece, Turkey and Croatia’ voyage starting on August 5, 2023. Starting with a night in a hotel in Split on the sun-kissed Dalmatian coast of Croatia and ending in ancient Athens, the summer package includes a 17-night, sun-chasing voyage that embraces no less than 15 ports in Croatia, the Albanian Riviera, Montenegro, Turkey, Greece and the iconic Greek islands. Many of the destinations such as the Greek medieval fortress town of Monemvasia, the Albanian seaside resort of Sarande and the idyllic Aegean island of Sifnos with its golden breaches and whitewashed houses are smaller, less-visited ports only smaller vessels like Golden Horizon can access.
Other destinations on the combo cruise include the famous medieval walled city of Dubrovnik, the picture-postcard fjord town of Kotor in Montenegro, the crystal waters of Bodrum in Turkey and a host of sunny Greek islands such as Corfu, Hydra, Rhodes, Patmos, Paros, Mykonos and Santorini.
The 18-night ‘Grand Greece, Turkey and Croatia’ package starting on August 5, 2023, is available from A$11,810 per person, twin-share, in an oceanview cabin – a saving of A$471 if booked by December 31, 2022. In a deluxe balcony stateroom midships, fares are from $22,645 per person, twin-share – a saving of A$1037. Fares include a night, pre-cruise in Split, onboard gratuities and the new inclusions for Australians of free onboard Wi-Fi, laundry (excluding dry cleaning) and an all-day beverage package.
