SBakery X Dr. Fern’s High Tea Set
Joining forces from across the harbour, Dr. Fern’s Gin parlour collaborates with Tsim Sha Tsui’s beloved SBakery to bring the limited-time-only SBakery X Dr. Fern’s High Tea Set. Available on weekends only, this tea set for two features sweet treats from SBakery while Dr. Fern’s brings a variety of sumptuous midday bites, all for HK$750 for two persons. The celebrated gin parlour will serve a flavourful Roasted Tomato Tart, a delectable combination of Smoked Salmon with Ricotta, a delicate Cucumber and Dill Finger Sandwich and hearty Chicken and Guacamole Sandwich. To satisfy guests with a sweet tooth, confectionaries in true SBakery fashion, such as Classic New York Cheesecake, Carrot Cake Cheesecake, Blueberry Cheesecake Square, and Banana and Salted Caramel Square, make their way across the harbour for this limited-time-only collaboration. The impressive afternoon tea set is accompanied by a selection of tea or coffee for two.
New Edible All-day Prescriptions
Dr. Fern’s boosts their edible prescriptions with a new small plate and hearty sandwiches, the perfect lunch or afternoon tea time remedies, available daily and all-day long. Made-to-order Guacamole and Tortilla Chips (HK$88) offer a refreshing, moreish way to enjoy the nutrient-dense superfood, whilst toasties including a succulent Roast Chicken with Walnut Pesto and Cheese, Chive and Pickled Onions (both HK$75) are more filling midday bites to satiate patients’ appetites. Beverage prescriptions such as Coffee Tonic and Cappuccino are an ideal complement to Dr. Fern’s sandwiches to recharge throughout the day.
30% off all Weekday Libations
Celebrated for prescribing tantalising gin-based tinctures to treat stress-related ailments, Dr. Fern’s has responded to the recent government guidelines with an impressive 30% discount on all alcoholic tinctures from Monday to Friday, allowing patients to take their prescription at an even sweeter price. Dr. Fern’s seasonal prescriptions including the Tropical Antidote — a bright and fragrant drink made with lemongrass-infused Widges London Dry Gin — can now be enjoyed for only HK$98. As is the case with restorative libations like the Porcelain mandarin gin-based Dr.’s Ramble (now HK$112), which aims to aid sleep and relaxation with soothing chamomile tea and boosts immunity with lemon juice, fresh blackberries and raspberry syrup.
