To cap off the Year of the Metal Ox, One World Hotel Petaling Jaya’s Executive Chinese Chef, Tommy Choong Chan Hoo has prepared three sumptuous ‘’Sao Gong’’ (to stop work) set menus to celebrate the ending of the year and the beginning of the next lunar cycle.
Rejoice with colleagues, business associates or friends over a prosperous luncheon or dinner at Zuan Yuan Chinese Restaurant. You will be able to feast on delicacies such as the Double Boiled Chicken Soup with Cordyceps Flower and Dried Conch, Braised Abalone with Fish Maw, Sea Cucumber and Garden Green, Wok Fried “Live” Grass Prawn with Butter and Oats, Roasted Chicken with Mango and Pomelo Salsa Sauce, Steamed ‘’Live’’ Dragon Garoupa with Superior Soy Sauce and; Braised Dried Scallop with Crab Meat Broth among many others.
The set menus are priced at RM1628.00nett, RM1798.00nett and RM2088.00nett for a table of 10 persons. Each set has nine courses and comes with a bottle of house wine (red or white) or premium Chinese tea (while stocks last).
Current table arrangements are reconfigured to meet social distancing guidelines, thus reducing capacity. Diners are encouraged to make reservation in advance to avoid disappointment.
