It’s winter sun time for Le Sirenuse. Chef Gennaro Russo and his team are about to pack their bags for a pop-up residence at one of the Caribbean’s most coveted beach resorts, COMO Parrot Cay in the Turks & Caicos islands. From January 20th to February 11th, the authentic local flavours and dolce vita ambience that generations of guests associate with the candlelit restaurant of fabled Amalfi Coast hotel Le Sirenuse will transform the Caribbean resort’s main Terrace restaurant into a little corner of southern Italy.
Among those accompanying Gennaro will be Le Sirenuse’s head sommelier Cristian Fusco and director of mixology Alessio Lupo, who will delight COMO Parrot Cay guests with some of the Positano hotel’s signature cocktails. During its month-long residence, Le Sirenuse at COMO Parrot Cay will operate daily for dinner and also offer brunch on the weekends. True to the brand’s famed attention to detail, meals will be served on the same colourful plates and bowls from the ceramic’s town of Vietri al Mare that diners at Le Sirenuse in Positano enjoy. In conjunction with the pop-up, the COMO Parrot Cay resort boutique will host a curated capsule collection of Emporio Sirenuse’s 2022 resortwear line.
