The Girl From IpanemaThe Girl From Ipanema (HK$160) is an ode to the most famous Bossa Nova song by Grammy award-winner Antônio Carlos Jobim in 1965: an exotic, refreshing mixture made of premium Plantation Original Dark Rum, Fernet Hunter and Green Chartreuse for a herbal touch, Horchata, sweet and tangy ginger syrup and a dash of citrus juice.

 
Nettai Tropical Jazz
 
Named after the most celebrated Japanese Latin jazz band, the Nettai Tropical Jazz (HK$170) pairs tropical Asian flavours with extravagant spirits, featuring a homemade pandan rum, fruity and floral Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto, savoury Lacto-fermented pineapple and delicate lavender bitters, jazzed up with a hint of bold absinth.
 
Bloodest Saxophone SmashAnother fabulous concoction inspired by the old-school Tokyo sensation is the Bloodiest Saxophone Smash (HK$150) a daring mix of prime H by Hine Cognac, Ancho Reyes, coconut and yuzu. Perfected with fresh apricot shrub, this intriguing elixir is a modern Japanese take on the vintage Smash cocktail.
 
 
The Wallerman Punch
The Wallerman Punch (HK$150) brings the world’s first cocktail created by pirates during the Prohibition era to Hong Kong. Nodding to the Wellerman sailing song by Nathan Evans, this tempting tincture comprises Plantation 3 Stars Rum, prized Cherry Heering, pistachio gum, blood orange, whey water and a pinch of cardamom spice.
 
 

Other highlights that celebrate the greatest idols in the history of jazz are the intriguing Joe Oliver (HK$150), inspired by the ‘King of Jazz’, and the tequila-based Carlos Santana (HK$160) – two stellar tipples that are sure to take guests back to the golden age of jazz.

The exquisite Espresso Martini (HK$150) is an all-time favourite indulgence made of Belvedere Vodka, Mr Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur, freshly brewed espresso, delicate chocolate bitters, and a dash of saline solution which adds another layer of complexity and uniqueness to the traditional drink. An audacious take on the popular Italian staple cocktail, Foxglove’s Negroni (HK$150) comprises Campari, premium Mancino Rosso Amaranto, exclusive Porcelain Mandarin Gin and delicate orange bitters. Adding a new, premium note to the historic New York tipple, the Old Fashioned (HK$170) features Michter’s Rye, Angostura and orange bitters, stirred with demerara and vanilla for a final sweet touch
