iVvy, a cloud-based event and venue management platform, appointed Susan Forrester as Board Chair and Craig Kinross as Non-Executive Director, adding governance and global industry depth as it moves toward an anticipated ASX listing in Q2 2022.
Forrester and Kinross are two of the most dynamic Board leaders in corporate governance and  global hospitality, bringing a combined total of more than 50 years’ experience building and managing industry-leading public enterprises.
iVvy CEO, Lauren Hall said, “We are delighted to welcome our new Board members to the iVvy team and are excited to have such a high calibre of Directors joining the organisation. They both bring significant value, expertise and strength to our Board as we move towards becoming an ASX listed company and look to drive long-term value for shareholders and customers.”

The appointments come as iVvy continues to expand internationally, adding dozens of sales and operations management professionals across its organisation over the last couple of months. This growth is only expected to continue with the strong direction and vision of the new board members.
