Opening December 2021, Nesuto Curtin is located at The Exchange, Curtin University’s first industry-connected innovation precinct, with extensive options for meetings and events.
Set within the university grounds opposite Curtin Stadium and near Technology Park, Perth Hockey Stadium and the Optus Stadium, the location makes it an ideal base for groups travelling for meetings, conferences, events and shows. The hotel is conveniently situated 10km from Perth CBD and 50 meters from Curtin Central Bus Station.
Nesuto’s specialist events team is experienced in planning packages to suit every budget and requirement, including corporate meetings, parties, workshops, conferences and speaking events.
The hotel features a dedicated function floor with an abundance of natural light, 60 spacious superior rooms and suites, a breakfast lounge, 24-hour reception and complimentary Wi-Fi. The hotel has four flexible function areas: Bentley 1, Bentley 2, Bentley Grand and the Rooftop Deck.

Rooftop Deck
The Rooftop Deck can accommodate up to 50 people utilising both the indoor and outdoor areas and has excellent views. This space is great for social events such as cocktail parties. It can also be used as a breakout room in addition to the Level 2 Function Floor.
Bentley Function Rooms
The Bentley Grand can accommodate up to 100 guests in various seating styles. This space is perfect for meetings and small conferences. The Bentley Grand also can be divided into two separate rooms, Bentley 1 which can accommodate up to 40 guests in a theatre style seating arrangement, and Bentley 2 which can accommodate up to 75 guests, for smaller events in various set-up styles. These rooms are ideal for day seminars that require a separate break out area.
Onsite Breakfast Lounge
Karla Mia Lounge is open for breakfast daily to hotel guests and can also be hired for private events during the day and evening, which can accommodate up to 25 guests. The bright and airy space is conveniently located on the same level as the Bentley rooms.

Nesuto Curtin Perth Hotel has 50 hotel rooms that are spacious and well-designed, five of which are accessible rooms, with the option of an inter-connecting room. There are 5 two-bedroom suites offering additional amenities such as 2 individual bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dedicated lounge area, and a small kitchenette with microwave. Each of the guest rooms and suites feature a private outdoor balcony, with views of the lush university grounds.
