Pan Pacific Hotels Group opens its flagship hotel, Pan Pacific London, right in the heart of the city at One Bishopsgate Plaza and steps away from Liverpool Street Station. The luxury hotel launches at the doorstep of London’s finest attractions, includinghigh-end shopping in Spitalfields, the Barbican cultural hub, and the stylish Shoreditch neighbourhood.

Pan Pacific London is seated within Bishopsgate Plaza, comprising the 43-storey One Bishopsgate Plaza, private Sky Residence apartments and the historical 144-year old Devonshire House.

Design
The hotel is designed by award-winning firm PLP Architectures under the leadership of Lee Polisano, with hotel interiors by esteemed design duo Yabu Pushelberg (headquartered in Toronto and New York). Its destination bar, SilverLeaf at The Devonshire House, is helmed by Tom Dixon’s Design Research Studio.

Within the hotel, Yabu Pushelberg’s interior design includes an impressive 1,083sqm floor dedicated to holistic wellness, featuring an 18.5m indoor infinity pool and Living Room, a wellness lounge for early arrivals and guests waiting to catch their flight. At Market Kitchen, guests can interact in a social space for lively gatherings and conversation.

Owing to its visionary architecture, Pan Pacific London has already been awarded the “5 Star Winner for Best Hotel Construction and Design UK”, “Best Hotel Architecture London” and “Best Mixed-Use Architecture London” at the International Property Awards (UK).

Guest Rooms and Suites


Designed as a retreat from the bustling city, the guest rooms of Pan Pacific London feature a light colour palette with no sharp 90-degree angles, adding to the tranquil and peaceful experience. Custom headboards act as personalised art pieces, adding a layer of calm through the depiction of oak, elder, elm and maple trees.

Generously sized from 37 sqm to 119 sqm, the rooms afford a premium and spacious experience within the metropolis. Guests are pampered with the luxuries of Diptyque amenities, custom Hypnos beds, Dyson hairdryers, Hans Grohe bath and tap systems, and in-room curated coffee selections, among more features for ultimate comfort.

Food & Beverage

Led by multi award-winning Executive Chef Lorraine Sinclair and renowned Executive Pastry Chef Cherish Finden, Pan Pacific London boasts a selection restaurants and bars that celebrate rich Southeast Asian cuisine, bringing different flavours to London’s culinary scene.

Straits Kitchen is an ode to Southeast Asia both through design and cuisine. Inspired by heritage recipes, the menu at Straits Kitchen is crafted by Executive Chef Lorraine Sinclair alongside Singaporean Group Executive Chef Tony Khoo, boasting Singapore classics Wok Fry Chilli Mud Crab, Har Cheong Kai and Native Lobster Nonya Laksa.

The Orchid Lounge offers a serene Afternoon Tea from Singapore’s pride, Executive Pastry Chef Cherish Finden. Cherish brings her touch of Asian flavours to traditional British tea with the Singapore-inspired Kopi Tiam, comprising bao, dim sum and choux. Cherish also helms the affectionately named patisserie, SHIOK!.

Bottling the buzz and excitement of Singaporean bar culture within London, Ginger Lily boasts an extensive Champagne list from more than 200 houses, more than 150 rums, and signatures inspired by Singaporean flavours and culture. Finally, destination bar SilverLeaf at The Devonshire House brings refreshing offerings to guests in the historic 144- year icon.

Pan Pacific London works closely with British producers Nurtured in Norfolk to grow highquality Asian ingredients and source local produce. These help to minimise the hotel’s carbon footprint while bringing authentic and local flavours to the table.

Event Spaces
Pan Pacific London features the most technologically advanced and largest ballroom in the area, accommodating up to 400 guests. The hotel also features an Event Emporium alongside nine innovative meeting and events venues, equipped with superfast WiFi and 5G receivers.

The extensive 464sqm smart Pacific Ballroom has direct access from Bishopsgate Plaza and via the hotel. A custom Lasvit chandelier designed by Yabu Pushelberg hangs above the expansive ballroom, its floating crystal orbs creating a centrepiece to elevate any occasion.

Wellness
Pan Pacific London’s design combines with an extensive wellness programme for holistic guest comfort. Alongside its dedicated wellness floor, the hotel also offers the latest equipment from TecnoBody®, including a D-Wall and conditioning gym, making it one of the most technologically advanced hotel gyms in the United Kingdom.

In addition to high-performance training, aqua fitness in the hotel’s infinity pool is a unique addition to the wellbeing floor, coupled with mindfulness workshops and sustainable nutrition.
