Armani/Hashi has not one but two reasons to celebrate this August as we reopen our doors following summer vacation and celebrate the final week of the Tokyo Olympics. Join us from 3-31 August for a culinary homage to the summer games with our traditional tableside kimono service Temaki Sushi. TASTE OF TOKYO MASTER CLASS
It takes up to 10 years to become a sushi master in Japan but join this month’s master class at Armani/Hashi on 7 August and we’ll fast-track your fledgling chef skills in just two hours. Under Chef Jimmy’s expert tutelage, you’ll learn the secrets of a trio of contemporary dishes from Tokyo, the country’s culinary capital. Taking inspiration from the city’s coolest backstreet izakayas, trendy food courts and hidden gem ramen joints, Chef Jimmy will show you how to transform fresh, authentic ingredients into mouthwatering artistic creations. Reward yourself by tucking into wagyu tataki with truffle soy dressing, shrimp tempura rolls and Armani/Hashi’s signature miso black cod with lotus root, plus a special coconut cake with our compliments.
