Royal Caribbean International says it is amplifying its support available to valued travel partners with an investment into their dedicated travel agent portal, HomePort.

The cruise line says it has upgraded the website’s functions and added new features, making doing business with them easier than ever for the travel community.

Known as the one-stop shop for all tools of the trade, HomePort was relaunched Thursday 17th June, 2021, with travel partners to be greeted by a vibrant new look and an assortment of handy new resources designed to help them sell.

As part of the upgrade, agents will find new dedicated landing pages for local ships, including  the two high-tech Quantum Class ships to sail as part of Australia’s blockbuster 2022/23 season, Quantum of the Seas® and Ovation of the Seas®. The pages include bespoke flyers, deck plans and imagery that highlights the innovative cruise line.

Amongst the new features, travel partners will find customisable digital resources for social and email alongside new ‘share’ features to make communicating with clients about Royal Caribbean sailings seamless. Agents will have access to a plethora of information at their fingertips, from training videos to new assets, all designed to help cruise sales and ensure agents have more time to service their clients and secure bookings.

To celebrate the amplification of HomePort, Royal Caribbean International is hosting a Virtual Scavenger Hunt for travel partners throughout the upgraded website with nine amazing prizes on offer, including an iFLYTM voucher, a Sydney Harbour Bridge Climb, and the chance to win a cruise famil on their local 2022/23 season.

All travel partners are invited to compete in Royal Caribbean’s boldest virtual trade event, which will be hosted in their dedicated Travel Agent Facebook Group on Friday 18th June 2021, 9am – 5pm AEST.
