Executive Chinese Chef Tommy Choong Chan Hoo and team has prepared three set menus; that is sure to pack a punch for those who wish to fete their dads.  The set menus are available for takeaway (self-pickup or delivery only) and priced at RM138.00nett (Set A), RM168.00nett (Set B) and RM198.00nett (Set C) per person with a minimum order for two persons.

Dishes featured include Pan Fried Cubed Beef Tenderloin with Honey Walnut and Chef’s Signature Sauce, Grilled Lamb Cutlet with Rosemary and Homemade Sauce, Deep Fried Boneless Chicken with Lemon Honey Sauce and; Braised Abalone and Seafood with Cantonese “Kway Teow”.

Other highlights include Oven Baked Salmon Fillet with Teriyaki Sauce and Scrambled Egg White, Wok Fried Assorted Mushroom and Asparagus with Truffle Oil, Chilled Avocado Puree with Vanilla Ice Cream and; Double Boiled Pumpkin Soup with Peach Gum and Glutinous Rice Ball.
