Hey Chicas! Hallmark Group’s new Latin American style social club, Hey Chica!, is set to illuminate the city and welcome guests to embrace the old-world charm of a classic Havana bar experience in the heart of Fortitude Valley.Influenced by the hum of a neighbourhood street party, Hey Chica! will spice up Fortitude Valley’s
already bustling Brunswick Street and is no doubt the closest you’ll get to Cuba without a passport, as guests indulge in a playful, passionate and vibrant celebration.
Hallmark Group Director, Scott Hempel, is excited to bring a slice of Havana to the beating heart of
Brisbane’s nightlife scene.
“Hey Chica! is all about the passion and atmosphere of a Latin American street party – a destination where guests can embrace the diverse and colourful energy found in the back streets of Havana,” Mr Hempel said.
“Our menu is inspired by the street food scene across Latin America with share-plates rich in flavour and spice, and a curated list of beverages to tantalise the tastebuds.
“Characterised by a kaleidoscope of colour, unique décor and ambient lighting, Hey Chica! is set to be Brisbane’s ultimate nightlife destination – the vibey new local with delicious fare, luscious cocktails and DJs performing,” he said.
The new venue will see Queensland hospitality leaders Hallmark Group expand their stronghold
across South East Queensland, adding Hey Chica! to their Fortitude Valley presence alongside Retro’s Cocktail Lounge and Finn McCool’s Irish Pub.
Whether for lunch, after-work drinks or a fun night out, Hey Chica! will bring Hallmark Group’s
trademark unforgettable and immersive experience to Fortitude Valley as guests find a piece of
Havana in Brisbane.
