The creamy creation is adorned with a dried pineapple slice, and placed on a dark chocolate shell embellished with shredded coconut mimicking a coconut shell, orchestrating a delightful transition of flavours and texture. Capture the vibrancy of the season that beautifully layered in a glass with Lime Mojito Sorbet, which boasts a fruity acidity with its pairing of lime slice and lime jelly, elevated with a touch of white rum and a swirl of mint sauce to freshen up the palate.

Mirage Bar & Restaurant Tropical Fantasy Afternoon Tea is available from 1 April till 30 June 2021, from 3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily. It is priced at HK$ 488 per two persons, HK$ 238 per additional person.
