Apart from the mentioned, the Steamed Live Mud Crab with Canadian Wild Rice in Bamboo Basket (RM120.00nett) and the Braised Sea Cucumber with Chicken Meat and Garden Green (RM300.00nett with 1-day advance order) deserve special attention too.

A meal here would not be complete without the crowd’s favourite – a refreshing bowl of Chilled Lemon Grass Jelly with Aloe Vera! Other must-try sweets include Chilled Hawthorn and Red Plum with Pear and Durian Spring Roll, Pancake and Ice Cream Combination.
