Taking the current situation into account, where an increase in COVID infections around the globe is having a knock-on effect on ease of travel, we are further extending our flexible payment terms. We know that once this crisis eases, people will want to travel to the remote, open spaces in Africa. Our hope is that these flexible booking terms will provide clients with the required peace of mind to do so.
EXISTING BOOKINGS
- Existing bookings for February, March and April 2021 may be postponed to travel any time until 30 April 2022, at no additional cost.
- A reminder that all bookings must have the required non-refundable deposits paid in order to be postponed.
NEW BOOKINGS
- New bookings – made between today and 28 February 2021 – will be required to pay a 20% deposit to hold and confirm space, subject to upward adjustment if required by third party suppliers.
- This deposit will be fully refundable up to 45 days prior to travel for all Wilderness Safaris services, provided that travel is not possible, or it is reasonably foreseeable that travel restrictions will still be in place on the date of travel. For services booked for third party suppliers, the relevant cancellation penalties will apply*.
