This year La Mamounia underwent a spectacular refurbishment, preserving the legendary hotel’s charm and heritage while creating expanded facilities and experiences for the modern traveler. Famed Parisian architects Patrick Jouin and Sanjit Manku introduced upgraded spaces which have reinvigorated the hotel’s historical design while preserving its original character. Additionally, La Mamounia introduced two new restaurants as part of a new partnership with the celebrated Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten: an enhanced L’Italien and the new L’Asiatique.

Another new restaurant, Salon de th é by Pierre Hermé, is home for breakfasts, afternoon tea and gastronomic snacks (including an incredible hamburger that was tested over 300 times) as imagined by the international French Pastry Chef, Pierre Hermé.

More new concepts include an upgraded Churchill Bar that serves La Mamounia’s own Caviar Maison, a trendy rooftop lounge, innovative screening room, and a unique concept called L’ Oenothèque: a table for 12 guests surrounded by more than 2000 bottles of exceptional wines.
