Discover new lunch-only specials of tasty tostadas, fried chicken and garum cheeseburger at the vibrant Butcher’s Block at Raffles Hotel Singapore. Perfect for sharing with friends and families, the expanded weekend lunch menu is prepared with the same focus on quality ingredients, BBQ and fun dishes inspired by Chef Rémy Lefebvre’s travels. Additionally, a selection of dishes from the Butcher’s Block à la carte dinner menu, including premium beef and seasonal fish cooked on the bone, is now available for lunch on weekends. 

Guests can now choose from an expanded list of delectable appetisers such as Joselito Ibérico Ham, widely praised as the best cured ham in the world, presented with toasted bread and tomato; the premium Anchovies de L’Escala served with roasted Palermo pepper and Piparra; and Scallop Crudo, perfectly paired with habanero sauce, coconut and sea urchin.

Guests can also look forward to new lunch-only weekend specials featuring tasty tostadas such as Big Eye Tuna & Chipotle Mayo, Live Shrimps & Cholula Dressing and Octopus BBQ Al Pastor, alongside elevated well-loved dishes such as Fried Chicken, complemented with homemade pickles and yeast mayo; and Garum Cheeseburger, Chef Rémy’s take on the classic cheeseburger given a savoury lift with garum, an umami-packed fermented beef sauce specially made in-house, and slathered on wood-fired Irish beef patty before being assembled with cheddar, tamarind and onions in between fluffy brioche buns. Dinner BBQ bone-in protein favourites such as Fish on the Bone, seasonal fish served with lemon puree and sauce vierge, and premium cuts of John Stone Grass-fed 28 Days Dry-Aged Angus are now available on the weekend lunch menu.

For desserts, savour sweet treats such as the decadent Chocolate Tart with toasted hazelnuts and passionfruit sorbet; Roasted Pineapple with coconut sugar and a refreshing pineapple sorbet; or a selection of homemade sorbets and ice creams.

Live it up with a range of natural wines, beers and ciders for the ultimate weekend lunch experience.

The Butcher’s Block refreshed weekend lunch experience is available on Saturdays and Sundays from 12pm to 2.30pm.
