Lloyds Strike Auction Gold

Millions of dollars of certified Gold Bullion are set to outshine Classic Cars, Fine Art, Pink Diamonds and a massive collection of Pinball machines at this weekend’s online auctions at Lloyds Auctions.

Consisting of over 200 pieces of certified bullion and nuggets, the auction has something for every budget, however headlining the auction is a 400 oz Gold Bar with an estimated auction price of over 1 million dollars.

If you’re first thought is who is bidding on a million-dollar piece of gold – there are actually six of them and according to Lee Hames, the Chief Operations Officer for Lloyds Auctioneers and Valuers the phone is running hot.

“Since the start of the pandemic it is no secret that gold has soared in value to record high prices this year, and it seems as though a similar trend to the 1930s Great Depression is now repeating itself bringing a new regeneration of values to the gold industry. This has spurred massive interest in the purchase of gold as a form of ‘Safe Haven’ investment the average household can have,” Mr. Hames commented.

The nationwide auction house has been rapidly expanding over the last few years and are now one of the largest platforms for the sale of fine art, high end jewellery, aviation, and classic cars.

“Gold Bullion is something our customers have been asking for some time now and we are pleased to be able to offer this outstanding collection of certified gold, and as with all our purchases all funds are held in our trust account until delivery and we can also organise secured safe storage if our clients require that,” continued Mr Hames.

If you wish to try your luck, or you are getting some gold fever, rush in now where bidding is open for all auctions at www.lloydsauctions.com.au with the Gold Rush auction ending this Saturday from 7pm Queensland Time.
