Spread the love
We at the #Africa4Palestine team send our love and strength to our dear Board Member, Kwara Kekana.

Kekana contracted Covid-19 a few days ago and currently in self isolation. She will be in quarantine for the next 2 weeks and we look forward to seeing her after having beaten the virus.
We send out our love and solidarity to all South African, Africans and the larger global community who have been infected or affected by the virus. A particular mention of the people of Palestine who are simultaneously fighting off Covid-19 and Israeli Apartheid.
We are convinced that we we will, jointly, as a global community, overcome this pandemic – our interconnectedness is our strength. This interconnectedness, as human beings, is the underlying spirit that drives internationalism and international solidarity.
Kwara has always been a committed internationalist and selfless activist. She is currently serving as the spokesperson for the MEC of Health in Gauteng, Dr Bandile Masuku. In this role, she has been at the forefront of the fight against the Coronavirus. We thank her for her continued selflessness and wish her and all others affected, a speedy recovery.
