Café East at New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel presents a “buy-two, get-one-free” buffet offer from now until 29 February 2020, including the Chinese New Year holiday. The offer is exclusive for members of the hotel’s dining programme, Epicure, and the membership can be signed up through the hotel free of charge. During the promotional period, guests can enjoy an array of international gourmet treats, festive delights, plus classic delicacies from Hunan, Shanghai and Sichuan at the restaurant. Additionally, members can also enjoy a year-round 25% discount at all food and beverage outlets in the hotel plus ongoing special dining promotions throughout the year.

The offer is applicable to lunch or dinner buffet bookings of a minimum of two paying adults and is valid from Monday to Sunday, including public holidays, between now and 29 February, except for dinner periods on 24 January and 14 February. Advance reservation is required and the booking is subject to availability and confirmation. Also, the offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts and promotions.

Café East’s dinner buffet highlights an extensive range of international cuisine, including unlimited seafood on ice such as Boston Lobster, Snow Crab Leg, Crab, Mussels and Shrimp, as well as Indian Curries and made-to-order Roti Prata by the restaurant’s Indian chef. Other recommendations include Chinese Supreme Soup, Roasted Suckling Pig, and the ever-popular Peking Duck. Diners should not miss the crispy, authentic Malaysian Ban Chang Kueh, Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream and Yogurt Ice Cream with irresistible condiments to finish the meal with perfection.

In addition, guests can savour classic delicacies from every corner of Hunan, Shanghai and Sichuan during dinner buffets. Highlights include but are not limited to Poached Chicken with Shaoxing Wine, Wok-Fried Shrimp with Longjing and Black Truffle, Sweet and Sour Garoupa with Pine Nuts, Stewed Chicken in Wonton Broth and Wok-Fried Jumbo Crab in Sichuan Style.

As for lunch buffets, guests can expect international flavours and local specialities, served on rotation basis, including Seafood on Ice, Lobster and Seafood Laksa, Hainan Chicken Rice, Teppanyaki Wagyu and Salmon Fillet, deluxe Sashimi and Chirashi, and an exciting array of desserts.

To celebrate the Year of the Rat, Café East is also serving up Lunar New Year festive treats during lunch and dinner buffets from 25 to 29 January.
