After five years working abroad on commission and scholarship pieces Ophelia Jacarni has returned to Hong Kong for her debut solo exhibition on Thursday 14th November from 6pm at the Kong Art Space. The works comprising this show are a reflection of the journey she’s taken developing and crafting her story-telling through her work across the world, and is a multi-sensory experience through the use of textile, movement and immersion.

Fortunately for admirers and collectors alike Ophelia is now ready to offer a limited amount of her works for sale in this exhibition. This is the first (and possibly last) time Ophelia’s works will be available for purchase, and it’s an opportunity to add a piece of real beauty and significance to a home. For collectors, Ophelia’s long list of accolades and public commissions globally will be appealing, but it’s the unique mediums and consideration of movement in her works that make them so enjoyable and rare.

The opening event will be an occasion to remember an artist talk at 7pm, and performances throughout the evening.
