HSMAI is proud to announce the first-ever HSMAI Sales Leader Forum, November 5-6, at the Westin Stonebriar Hotel & Golf Club in Frisco, Texas. This unique event advances the hotel sales discipline by elevating the knowledge and skills of off-property sales leaders with new trends, critical insights, and best practices, and their application to leading hotel sales teams in today’s landscape. Save with early rates by registering through October 2, 2019.

This event is specifically designed for seasoned sellers who want to fuel, update, and reinvigorate their careers in sales leadership. All hospitality professionals with titles including, but not limited to, national sales director, strategic account director, key account director, area director, and regional director of sales are encouraged to attend.

“Sales leaders are the engine of the hospitality industry. Their leadership and commitment to growing new business, retain key accounts, track trends, and manage resources wisely in a shifting and highly intermediated landscape is nothing short of remarkable,” said Robert A. Gilbert, CHME, CHBA, president and CEO of HSMAI. “For all these reasons and more, HSMAI is passionately championing the Sales Leader Forum to provide the education, networking, and resources today’s hospitality sales leaders need to succeed.”

HSMAI’s Sales Leader Forum will feature some of the most influential leaders in the sales industry. Cindy Novotny, the original founder of Master Connections Associates, will emcee the day, and deliver a compelling keynote. Joining Cindy at the forum, Scott Edinger, Executive Advisor, Consultant, and Author of “The Hidden Leader: Discover and Develop Greatness Within Your Company,” will also present a thought-provoking presentation.

The agenda will include strategic conversations and tactical solutions sessions that are designed to build business acumen to elevate sales as a whole. Key topics will include:
