Thynk – the commercial and operations platform for hotels and venues is pleased to announce a new integration partnership with Meetingselect, a meetings & events booking platform that connects Thynk’s hotel clients to a global network of corporate bookers and procurement teams actively searching for meeting and event spaces, and automates proposal development so properties can respond to sales opportunities more quickly and convert more business. The integration is available now to all Thynk’s hotel and venue clients.
When a booker submits an RFP through Meetingselect, Thynk automatically maps all the event information and converts it into a structured Inquiry, reducing the manual work previously required between submission and proposal creation. Thynk’s Lead Qualification Index automatically scores and routes the opportunity to a property and then creates an e-proposal reflecting the property’s real-time inventory and commercial terms. The sales team can review and, if necessary, make any final edits before submitting the proposal directly from Thynk.
“Corporate RFP platforms have transformed how MICE business is sourced, but hotel sales teams still experience significant challenges in turning leads into actionable sales opportunities,” said Pascal Petit, CEO at Thynk. “Our partnership with Meetingselect provides our hotel clients with access to more corporate demand and provides their teams with structured, accurate information they need to act on winning the business immediately.”
“This partnership provides significant value for both the corporate buyers using our platform and the hotels and venues competing for their business,” said Anne Ruiter, Director of Technology Partnerships at Meetingselect. “By receiving accurate, property-specific proposal responses to bookers’ RFPs more quickly, it dramatically improves the sourcing experience, while helping hotels and event spaces close more business sourced through our global marketplace.”
The partnership reflects a growing meetings and events industry shift from disparate, disconnected RFP distribution channels and manual proposal creation toward automated commercial workflows supported by integrated solutions to maximize productivity and profitability.
