One MICHELIN-starred Estro (#32 on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025), helmed by Chef Antimo Maria Merone, will once again join forces with Chef Son Jong-Won of One MICHELIN-starred Eatanic Garden (#25 on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025) in Seoul for a special two-night collaboration on 10-11 September 2025.

Marking the third collaboration between the two close friends, this exclusive menu will present 100% new creations just like the past two rounds, each inspired by Korean cuisine with subtle Italian influences. In 11 – 12 October 2025, the partnership continues in Seoul, where the duo will switch perspectives to deliver an Italian menu touched with Korean accents.

A Creative Friendship Across Borders

Chefs Antimo and Son first collaborated in Seoul in 2023, sparking a culinary dialogue that continues to evolve with each meeting. For both chefs, these events represent more than just dining – they are about friendship, creativity, and a shared passion for pushing the boundaries of their respective cuisines.

Chef Son Jong-Won brings to Hong Kong his signature modern Korean philosophy. Trained at acclaimed three-MICHELIN-starred restaurants including Quince, Benu, Coi, and Noma, Son is celebrated for his reinvention of Korean traditions through fermentation, ageing, and ingredient-driven creativity. His leadership at both Eatanic Garden (One MICHELIN Star + No.25, Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025) and L’Amant Secret (One MICHELIN Star) has earned him international recognition.
