Caldera House, the 8-suite luxury hotel and Alpine Club in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, is thrilled to announce a pop-up with Pasquale Jones, the beloved wood-fired pizzeria and wine restaurant hailing from New York City and recognized among the Top 50 Best Pizzerias in the US. Caldera House has partnered with Ryan Hardy, Chef, Founder and CEO of Delicious Hospitality Group to curate an unforgettable dining experience at Corsa, Caldera House’s signature restaurant. The pop-up is the latest addition to the property’s ongoing collaborations with world-class culinary talents, joining the ranks of Masa Takayama and Chef Enrique Olvera.

From March 7th to 13th, 2024, Pasquale Jones will take over Corsa, introducing its menu for lunch and dinner. Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed by the iconic Pasquale Jones neon sign and an immersive ambiance complemented by its signature playlist of hip-hop and funk. The carefully curated menu will highlight Pasquale Jones’s classics, such as the warm braised leeks, veal & ricotta meatballs, New York Clam Pie, and slow roasted pork shank. Chef Ryan Hardy will be joined by Beverage Director Theo Lieberman, who will offer a selection of wines and craft cocktails. Custom merch will be sold on site, inviting guests and the local community to take home a piece of the experience.

Pasquale Jones opened in 2016 as the second restaurant by Delicious Hospitality Group after its critically acclaimed Soho, NY restaurant Charlie Bird. Located on the historic corner of Mulberry and Kenmare Streets, Pasquale Jones features wood-fired food including Neo-New York style pizzas, roasted heritage meats, handmade pasta and seasonal small plates. A 100-bottle wine list complements the menu and the funk, jazz and hip-hop focused playlist.

Corsa was created to capture the rustic and laid-back vibe of Jackson Hole, while nodding to authentic trattorias in the Italian Alps. Conceived by Shawn Hausman Design, Corsa is punctuated by bold fabrics, heritage prints, and framed memorabilia celebrating the twin influences of Italian and ski culture. Deep wood tones and warm lighting combine with the copper clad fireplace to craft a relaxing environment. The pizza oven features a ceramic mural commissioned by ceramicist Stan Bitters, while the counter height bar provides the perfect vantage point to watch the food being prepared.
