The new lifestyle hotel was conferred Best Hotel Development, Best Hotel Architectural Design and Best Hotel Interior Design at the ceremony on Friday, 18 September 2026, in Bangkok. The triple wins arrived within two months of opening, crowning an eventful debut that included a Grand Opening Party for Thailand’s movers, shakers and tastemakers in early September.
The PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards, now its 21st edition, is the longest-running real estate awards programme in the country, recognising excellence in development, architecture and design across the Thai property sector. As part of the wider Asia Property Awards series, winners will advance to represent Thailand at the regional Grand Final in Bangkok this December, competing against leading developers across Asia.

The awards follow closely on the heels of Canopy by Hilton Bangkok Sukhumvit’s Grand Opening Party, held on 4 September 2026 under the theme “Canopy Unlocked.” The event welcomed 180 guests, including notable Thai personalities, members of the media, bankers, business partners, investors and the diplomatic corps, for an evening that took guests through the hotel’s design-led spaces, from a nostalgic cassette DJ set at Luso to a Spanish tapas showcase at Cante, a modern DJ set at Studio 1930, and rooftop cocktails at Glint.
Together, the celebration and the awards mark a strong debut for Canopy by Hilton Bangkok Sukhumvit: a property that has, within its first two months, been embraced by Bangkok’s social and business community and recognised by the property industry’s independent judging panel as a benchmark for hotel development, architecture and design in Thailand.
