The U.S. hotel industry reported positive year-over-year comparisons, according to CoStar’s latest data through 3 October. CoStar is a global leading provider of online real estate marketplaces, information and analytics in the property markets.

Among the Top 25 Markets, Orlando saw the highest rise in occupancy (+17.3% to 66.0%).

Miami reported the largest increases in ADR (+23.5% to US$186.73) and RevPAR (+43.3% to US$123.25).

Las Vegas was the only Top 25 Market with a decrease in each of the three key performance metrics: occupancy (-5.5% to 77.2%), ADR (-12.8% to US$204.40) and RevPAR (-17.6% to US$157.78). The decline in performance was due to a comparison against the PACK EXPO dates in 2025.
