Concord Hospitality, a leading hotel development and management company, announced today that it has been selected to assume management of more than a dozen hotels and restaurants across multiple markets, further expanding its diverse portfolio of full-service, lifestyle and boutique properties.

The new assignments represent continued momentum for Concord across key hospitality segments, with a pipeline that includes several distinctive new developments and established properties transitioning to Concord management. The company’s latest additions span hotels, restaurants, and emerging hospitality concepts in markets including North Carolina, New Jersey, and Washington, D.C., further expanding Concord’s presence in some of the country’s most dynamic hospitality markets.

Among the recent additions to Concord’s portfolio are One Washington Circle, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, in Washington, D.C., and The Satire, Autograph Collection, in Alexandria, Va. Both properties represent significant additions to Concord’s full-service and boutique portfolio in the greater Washington, D.C., market, bringing distinctive hotel experiences and food-and-beverage offerings to the company’s growing collection.

One Washington Circle, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is a boutique-style hotel in Washington, D.C.’s West End, offering residential-style accommodations, curated public spaces and a refined yet approachable dining experience at the Ten Ten West End restaurant. The property adds another prominent full-service hotel to Concord’s growing presence in the nation’s capital.

The Satire, Autograph Collection, in Old Town Alexandria, recently transitioned to the Autograph Collection by Marriott and joins Concord’s portfolio as a distinctive historic boutique full-service property. The 180-room hotel brings together historic character, contemporary hospitality and two inventive food-and-beverage offerings. The Wise Fool restaurant and bar offers a playful, energetic atmosphere, while the Bad Poet Café provides a relaxed café-style escape.

Among the upcoming openings is The Union Hotel Flemington, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, in Flemington, New Jersey. The 100-room boutique hotel is set to bring a sophisticated blend of modern luxury and historic charm to downtown Flemington, with dining outlets, bars, meeting space, and other guest amenities. Concord will manage the hotel property, which is part of Marriott International’s Tribute Portfolio collection. The hotel’s dining and beverage offerings will include a restaurant and JP’s Lounge, providing guests with options for dining, cocktails and socializing.

Concord will also assume management of The Vintedge in Lyndhurst, New Jersey, a soon-to-open hotel-inspired residences concept featuring food-and-beverage offerings including a restaurant and wine bar.

Coming in early 2027, Concord Hospitality will open and manage The Wren, a new rooftop destination on the sixth floor of the Oberlin Hotel in Raleigh. The Wren will blend classic Southern charm with a contemporary, unexpected edge, offering panoramic skyline views and a distinctive food-and-beverage experience.

In Charlotte, N.C., Concord is preparing for the opening of The Beckworth Hotel Charlotte, Curio Collection by Hilton, a 240-room boutique hotel in the historic Johnston Building in the heart of Charlotte. The property will blend the character of the nearly century-old building with modern hospitality, featuring distinctive dining and social spaces, including a ground-floor restaurant and coffee shop and a rooftop bar. Concord will manage the property as it prepares to welcome guests in early 2027.

“We’re incredibly proud of the continued growth and diversification of our management portfolio,” said Will Loughran, Chief Operating Officer of Concord Hospitality. “These new assignments reflect the confidence that owners and development partners place in Concord to bring their visions to life and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
