Michelin Thailand has once again been recognized for its excellence in people management, receiving the HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2026 award for the fifth consecutive year. The company also earned three additional honors: the HR Asia Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Award for the fourth consecutive year, the HR Asia Tech Empowerment Award for the second consecutive year, and the HR Asia People Transformation Award, which it received for the first time.
These four awards reaffirm Michelin’s success in building a workplace that supports employee growth and development while fostering an inclusive culture that values diversity and encourages lifelong learning. Through these efforts, the company strives to create positive employee experience and empower every individual to reach their full potential.
HR Asia Awards is widely recognized as one of the most prestigious human resources awards programs in Asia. Winners are selected based on employee survey results, as well as a comprehensive assessment of an organization’s people policies, practices, and overall employee experience, recognizing companies that excel in creating outstanding workplaces and fostering employee engagement.

Ms. Parichat Phrajunpanich, Human Resources Director of Siam Michelin Co., Ltd., said: “Receiving the HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia award for the fifth consecutive year, together with three additional special awards, is a tremendous honor for Michelin and all our employees. These recognitions reflect the success of our people strategy, which places strong emphasis on creating a positive employee experience, promoting diversity and inclusion, and continuously developing the skills and capabilities of our workforce.”
“At Michein, we believe our people are at the heart of our long-term success. We are committed to creating an environment where everyone can learn, grow, and realize their full potential. At the same time, we continue to embrace technology and innovation to enhance the employee experience and prepare our workforce for the future, while supporting the sustainable growth of our organization.”
This year’s achievement is further supported by employee survey results that reflect high levels of engagement and trust in the organization. Michelin scored significantly above market benchmarks in key areas, including employees’ intention to stay with the company, their willingness to recommend Michelin as an employer of choice, and their perception of career development opportunities. These findings reaffirm Michelin’s success in creating a workplace where employees feel valued, included, and empowered to grow alongside the organization.
Michelin also continues to advance diversity, equity and inclusion across the organization while investing in future-ready skills through lifelong learning, upskilling and reskilling initiatives. Combined with the adoption of digital technologies and innovative people solutions, these efforts help enhance employee experience, strengthen organizational capabilities, and ensure the company remains well positioned for long-term sustainable growth in a rapidly evolving world of work.
