Following the recent announcement of the Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras 2027 theme, the Pullman Sydney Hyde Park is excited to announce an ongoing partnership with Wavee Beverages (Wavee), building on the collaboration first brought to life during this year’s Mardi Gras celebrations.
As part of the ongoing partnership, the hotel and the beverage brand are giving guests a taste of something uniquely local by creating a limited-edition seltzer flavour only available at the hotel. The collaboration began during the hotel’s Mardi Gras-dedicated events earlier this year, Let Your Pride Shine and Pullman xChange, both designed to celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community.
During the festval, two designs of the limited-edition Pink Grapefruit Seltzer were presented to guests staying at the hotel and those attending the events. The bespoke seltzer features a striking green design inspired by Pullman Sydney Hyde Park’s contemporary interiors and the shared values of creativity, connection and belonging. The Pink Grapefruit Seltzer is crafted and brewed on the beaches of Australia and captures the bright pink grapefruit flavours, with subtle blood orange notes for a crisp, refreshing finish.
For Pullman Sydney Hyde Park, the partnership is part of a broader focus on creating distinctive guest experiences through collaborations with innovative Australian brands.
