As a member of the Museum’s executive team, Miller leads a 13-person marketing and communications team and oversees two external agency partners, directing the Museum’s marketing, brand strategy, advertising, public relations, communications, retail and sales efforts. During her tenure, she has helped drive the Museum’s continued creative and brand growth, contributing to its recognition as an internationally acclaimed, award-winning institution that has welcomed nearly 5 million visitors. Museum Earns Center for Interactive Learning and Collaboration’s Pinnacle Award
The Museum has also been named a 2025-2026 Pinnacle Award winner by the Center for Interactive Learning and Collaboration (CILC), recognizing the quality of its interactive virtual outreach presentations. Established in 2008, the annual Pinnacle Awards honor content providers whose live virtual programs consistently receive exceptional evaluations from educators, librarians, activity directors and community leaders. Programs are evaluated for educational quality, meaningful learner engagement and lasting impact. The Mob Museum was selected alongside cultural and educational institutions from around the world, including the Cleveland Museum of Art, International Spy Museum, National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum, Smithsonian American Art Museum and Smithsonian’s National Portrait Gallery. The recognition reflects the Museum’s ongoing efforts to make its educational content accessible beyond Las Vegas and connect learners with compelling stories about organized crime and law enforcement through interactive virtual programming.

In addition to its virtual outreach programming, The Mob Museum proudly partners with schools across Southern Nevada, bringing its “Investigating History” program to more than 10,000 students on an annual basis. The program provides free, curated educational content for classrooms ranging from grade two to 12. In 2025, The Mob Museum hosted over 300 presentations for 141 schools and groups, 67% of those presentations were delivered at Title I schools in Clark County.
