Some of the biggest events of the year are officially on the menu! Pullman and Novotel Sydney Olympic Park have launched a line-up of dining packages across their venues that give visitors to the precinct plenty of reasons to make a meal of the year’s best occasions.

Kicking off with the NRL Grand Final, sporting fans can get ready for the biggest game of the season with an exclusive dining package at the premier fine diner Bacar Restaurant & Bar. Located just moments away from the action, fans can indulge in a carefully curated two- or three-course set menu for dinner before kick-off, including dishes such as a decadent grass-fed wagyu beef tenderloin and a vegetarian handcrafted potato gnocchi with smoked kumato tomatoes.

For those heading to the Bledisloe Cup, the Boulevard Brasserie and Bar is the perfect place to dine before the big game. Just 200m from Accor Stadium, rugby fans can fuel up on a tasty two- or three-course set menu as part of the Bledisloe Cup dining package. Fuel up for the action with Asian inspired options including a 15-hour slow-cooked Berkshire pork neck with Asian Worcestershire sauce, crispy potato and spicy butter, and a seasonal heirloom vegetable bibimbap with teriyaki tofu and Korean sesame dressing.  Bacar is also serving up a delicious dining experience for sporting fans, with an à la carte lunch or three-course dinner menu available before or after the Bledisloe Cup.

Sports lovers can also get into the festive spirit at the Boulevard Brasserie & Bar with its exclusive Sydney Kings Pre-Game Christmas Dinner package. Designed for those looking to soak up the Christmas atmosphere before getting match-ready, the package includes a Christmas Day buffet full of festive favourites as well as a two-hour beverage package for those in the mood to get a bit jolly. After plenty of festive food and drinks, guests can take a short walk over to the Afterpay Arena to see the Sydney Kings take on the Illawarra Hawks in their Christmas Day play-off.

And for those who prefer to do not much at all on Christmas Day, the Boulevard Brasserie & Bar is serving up a festive Christmas Day buffet lunch complete with a two-hour beverage package and spread of modern Australian dishes and seasonal favourites. Plus there’s a special visit from Santa for little guests. Across the street, Bacar’s Christmas package offers a relaxed luxury approach to the festivities with a glass of Moët & Chandon Champagne on arrival, and a festive buffet lunch featuring fresh seafood, seasonal favourites and indulgent desserts.
