On 26 September Dinosaur valley returns to the ancient rainforest at Scenic World in the Blue Mountains, inviting families to travel around the world through the age of dinosaurs and discover species from Europe, Africa, the Americas, Australia and Antarctica.
Dinosaur Valley features more than 60 dinosaurs across 32 species, including seven species new to Dinosaur Valley this season.
Among the new arrivals are Cryolophosaurus, the largest apex predator discovered in Antarctica; Kakuru, one of Australia’s most intriguing dinosaur discoveries; feathered dinosaur Archaeopteryx; and predatory dinosaur Deinonychus. These new species join returning favourites such as T-Rex, Brachiosaurus and Stegosaurus.
Set throughout Scenic World’s rainforest and around the main building, Dinosaur Valley takes visitors on a prehistoric journey around the globe, showcasing dinosaurs that roamed different continents millions of years ago.
Kids get their very own Dinosaur Valley Passport to guide them on their adventure as they discover which dinosaur ruled different parts of the prehistoric world and become a Junior Ranger.
Returning Dinosaur Valley super fan Andy Day features throughout the experience with exclusive audio and video content available only at Scenic World, while expert Dinosaur Rangers and baby dinosaur encounters also return for another season.
Dinosaur Valley is included with all Scenic World Day Passes and includes rides on the iconic Scenic Railway, Skyway, and Cableway and all rainforest boardwalks.
