Dusk @ Mount Faber Peak is introducing The Sunset Escape, a new three-in-one dining experience combining a two-way Singapore Cable Car ride between HarbourFront and Mount Faber Peak on the Mount Faber Line, hilltop dining and drinks at one of Singapore’s most distinctive sunset vantage points for just $49.90 per person.
With a two-way cable car ride bringing guests to dinner at Mount Faber Peak and back to HarbourFront, The Sunset Escape makes an evening above the city effortlessly accessible. From start to finish, each part of the journey to dinner is thoughtfully arranged, allowing guests to simply settle in, enjoy the occasion and focus on the company around them as they arrive for dinner at Dusk.
Upon arrival, Dusk sets the scene for alfresco hilltop dining 100m above sea level with a scenic view overlooking HarbourFront and Sentosa Island. As daylight gives way to sunset and eventually the city lights after dark, the changing panorama at Dusk provides guests with an ever-evolving backdrop to their evening.

Designed as a fresh change from the everyday, this elevated evening out offers guests a break from the usual dinner routine, high above the city. Panoramic views along the way set the scene as guests ascend to Mount Faber Peak, before the evening continues at Dusk. Settle into a picturesque hilltop setting and take in the changing views from sunset to night over food and drinks overlooking HarbourFront and Sentosa island.
The Evening Begins Before Guests Reach the Table
Unlike standard dining experiences, this scenic itinerary begins long before guests reach their seats as the ride to dinner itself sets the evening in motion.
● Departure: The occasion begins at HarbourFront Cable Car Station, conveniently accessible via HarbourFront MRT, where guests can board the Singapore Cable Car for a scenic ascent towards Mount Faber Peak.
● The Journey: Along the way, panoramic views of the surrounding skyline and time away from the bustle of the city below create an opportunity for guests to slow down, reconnect and settle into the evening ahead — perfect for a date night, celebration or simply a fresh take on the usual dinner out.
● Arrival: As the cable car pulls into Mount Faber, step out into Dusk’s breezy hilltop setting, where the evening continues over food, drinks and picturesque views overlooking HarbourFront and Sentosa Island.
● Return: With the return journey already included, guests can take their time at Dusk before stepping aboard the Singapore Cable Car for one final journey above the city, bringing the evening full circle before the last boarding at 9.30PM.

● Jamón Ibérico Croqueta: Handmade daily and served with 100% Spanish Jamón Ibérico, the golden croqueta is the creation of Executive Sous Chef Daniel Vaquero — born in Barcelona with 18 years of culinary experience rooted in Catalan and Spanish cuisine. Brimming with a smooth, creamy filling, this dish offers a savoury burst in every bite.
● Charcoal-Grilled Ribeye Skewer: Marinated for over 24 hours and grilled over premium Binchotan coals, the tender ribeye skewer brings a smoky, casual Mediterranean character to the table, served with Asian chimichurri.
Two Seafood Main Courses at the Heart of the Menu
● Tiger Prawn Capellini: A signature at Dusk, the Tiger Prawn Capellini was featured in the MICHELIN Guide in 2018, with almost 5,000 portions served in 2025 alone. This fusion dish showcases fine angel hair pasta tossed with Japanese kombu and prawn-infused oil, finished with spring onions to
balance the rich seafood flavours.
● Grilled Swordfish: Commonly known as the “Steak of the Sea”, swordfish is prized for its mildly sweet flavour and meaty texture. Dusk’s grilled rendition is served atop braised fennel and finished with crispy Ibérico ham alongside a herb and caper reduction.
A Cocktail or Mocktail to Round Out the Evening
Cocktail or Mocktail from The Mirabilis Bar: Guests can choose from Melón, a refreshing, fruit-forward cocktail featuring mezcal, melon liqueur, lime and cucumber, or Hibisco, a signature non-alcoholic option combining hibiscus infusion, lychee purée, lime and rose syrup.
