Conrad Koh Samui has announced the upcoming debut of The Pearl, a 766-square-metre, two-level Presidential Villa that will become the resort’s most exclusive accommodation. Designed as a private sanctuary for bespoke escapes, the villa combines expansive indoor and outdoor living with dedicated wellness experiences, all set against sweeping views of the Gulf of Thailand and the Five Islands.
Across two levels, The Pearl unfolds through a series of spaces designed for entertaining, restoration and outdoor living.
Upper Entertainment Level: Guests arrive at an expansive terrace overlooking sweeping panoramas of the Five Islands, an ideal backdrop for sunset aperitifs. Designed for hosting and connection, the upper level also features an open-plan living room, private bar and dedicated catering kitchen for bespoke chef-led dining experiences.
Lower Master Suite & Wellness Sanctuary: The lower-level centers around a master suite framing uninterrupted sea vista, a walk-in wardrobe, a marble spa bathroom with a rain shower and deep-soaking private jacuzzi. Adjacent to the suite is a dedicated wellness enclave featuring a private couple’s treatment suite, sauna and steam rooms, hot and cold hydrotherapy plunge pools, and a fully equipped fitness space.
Outdoor Living: Extending from the master suite, the outdoor terrace features a 20-metre infinity pool, sun loungers, a private outdoor cinema and a sunken dining pavilion overlooking the coastline.

Inspired by Koh Samui’s dramatic landscape and Thailand’s architectural traditions, The Pearl combines natural materials, artisanal craftsmanship and contemporary design. A sculptural feature wall influenced by traditional Thai timber construction serves as the villa’s centerpiece, reimagining interwoven woodwork through a contemporary lens.
Throughout the villa, warm woods, natural stone and layered textures are complemented by abundant natural light, creating a seamless connection between the interiors, outdoor terraces and the surrounding island environment. Subtle references to the sea, sand and sky further reinforce the villa’s connection to its setting, balancing a strong sense of place with refined residential luxury.
