UNO MAS at Centara Grand at CentralWorld brings back its signature Champagne Brunch for two upcoming Sundays, 4 October and 1 November 2026. Hosted on the 54th floor, the brunch offers an afternoon of Spanish cuisine, premium seafood and free-flow Champagne, with panoramic views of the Bangkok skyline.
Chef de Cuisine Borja Terry Borrego presents an extensive selection of dishes inspired by Spain’s tradition of leisurely dining. Guests can move between the restaurant’s open kitchens and live cooking stations, enjoying freshly prepared specialities alongside a changing selection of seasonal creations.
The menu features a generous display of chilled seafood, including Alaskan king crab, Maine lobster, oysters and prawns. Freshly carved Jamón Ibérico, an assortment of tapas and Spanish favourites prepared à la minute, are complemented by signature highlights such as A5 Kobe beef sashimi.
The Champagne package includes free-flow Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut, served throughout the afternoon. Alternative packages featuring selected alcoholic beverages or non-alcoholic refreshments are also available.
UNO MAS Champagne Brunch takes place on Sunday, 4 October and Sunday, 1 November 2026, from 12.00 to 15.00 hrs. Guests can choose from three packages:

- THB 4,455++ per person, including free-flow alcoholic beverages, excluding Champagne
- THB 4,999++ per person, including free-flow Veuve Clicquot Champagne
