Helped by the Rock en Seine festival, Paris’ hotel industry posted its highest August occupancy level since 2015, according to preliminary data from CoStar, a global leading provider of online real estate marketplaces, information, and analytics in the property markets.
August 2026 (year-over-year % change):
- Occupancy: 75.0% (+2.7%)
- Average daily rate (ADR): EUR342.97 (+8.7%)
- Revenue per available room (RevPAR): EUR257.19 (+11.7 %)
The market’s occupancy (84.5%) and RevPAR (EUR324.10) peaked on the first night of the festival–Wednesday, 26 August. The same night pushed ADR to EUR383.39.
ADR reached a high on the third night of the festival (Friday, 28 August) at EUR397.17. That night, occupancy climbed to 79.9%, while RevPAR came in at EUR317.32.
Paris’ occupancy remained above the 70% mark throughout the month in all but four nights.
