Bangkok Baking Company (BBCO) at JW Marriott Bangkok marks the Oktoberfest season with a limited-edition selection of desserts inspired by German baking traditions and the seasonal favorites.

Available from 1 to 30 September 2026, five desserts by the hotel’s Executive Pastry Chef, Chef O Phensiri Chotkaeo bring together some of the ingredients closely associated with German and Central European baking, from apples, cherries, raspberries and raisins to chocolate, hazelnuts and cream.

Among the highlights is the Marble Gugelhupf Cake, inspired by the distinctive ring-shaped cake enjoyed across Germany and Central Europe. BBCO’s interpretation pairs the traditional cake with chocolate mousse, Bavarian cream and raisin jam for a balance of rich chocolate and fruit.

A familiar favorite, the German Apple Cake brings together soft apple cake, apple compote, caramel and cream cheese frosting. The Black Forest Pie draws on the much-loved pairing of chocolate and cherries, with chocolate tart, sponge and pastry cream complemented by cherry compote and Chantilly cream.

The Linzer Cheesecake Sandwich Cookies combines Linzer cookies and raspberry jam with hazelnut cheesecake and raspberry confit. Completing the selection is the German Chocolate Cake, featuring layers of chocolate cake with caramel coconut filling, chocolate whipped ganache and pecan mousse.

Each dessert is priced at THB 250 net per piece and available throughout September 2026 at Bangkok Baking Company (BBCO), JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok.
