Beyond the hydrotherapy experience, open-air yoga and movement at the elevated Sky Studio, forest meditation, and sound bath sessions in the natural Sound Cave, where gongs, drums and singing bowls resonate against ancient limestone walls, offer quieter ways to reconnect with the body and the landscape.
