Elysium Noosa has unveiled a reimagined collection of event and retreat spaces, bringing the brand’s signature hospitality approach to conferences, executive retreats and celebrations.

Designed to reflect the same elevated guest experience found throughout the resort, the refreshed collection introduces beautifully redesigned spaces, enhanced event technology and greater flexibility for organisers, while offering delegates access to everything that has made Elysium one of Australia’s most sought-after coastal escapes.

Designed by Mitchell & Eades, documented by CE Architects and delivered by Shape Australia, the collection spans more than 800 square metres across seven indoor and outdoor venues, accommodating everything from executive meetings and incentive groups to gala dinners, product launches and celebrations for up to 400 guests.

General Manager Mark Wilkinson said today’s business events demand much more than a conference room.

“The most successful business events create opportunities for people to connect, collaborate and leave feeling genuinely inspired. That’s what we’ve set out to create at Elysium Noosa.

Whether it’s an executive retreat, conference or celebration, organisers are looking for destinations that offer exceptional hospitality, memorable dining and experiences that bring people together beyond the agenda.

Our reimagined event spaces now reflect the same beautifully designed surroundings, generous hospitality and intuitive service that define the Elysium guest experience, creating a destination where business and leisure come together effortlessly.”

Designed for the way people gather today

The refreshed collection includes the Hastings Ballroom, Haven One, Haven Two, Haven Three, Terrazza, Riviera Bar and the Elysium Cabanas, allowing events to transition seamlessly between keynote presentations, breakout sessions, networking events, long lunches and outdoor celebrations.

Alongside the design transformation, the resort has invested significantly in new event technology, complimenting Noosa’s only 14.4-metre ultrawide LED display, including integrated broadcast capability, intelligent lighting and upgraded audio-visual infrastructure, supporting everything from keynote presentations and hybrid conferences to livestreamed events.

Every event space has been designed to reflect the same refined aesthetic found throughout the resort, creating a seamless experience from guest room to meeting room, restaurant and shared spaces.

Beyond the meeting room

What sets Elysium Noosa apart is everything that happens once the meeting finishes.

Across 175 beautifully redesigned rooms and suites, each with a private balcony, delegates have the space to unwind, recharge and prepare for the next day’s programme in complete comfort. For executive groups and incentive travel, Elysium’s Wellness Suites offer an elevated stay experience complete with private infrared saunas and outdoor spas, while spa treatments, wellness experiences and curated local itineraries allow organisers to create programmes that extend well beyond the meeting itself.

Dining is an integral part of the Elysium Noosa experience. At the heart of the resort is Cibaria, the signature Italian restaurant from acclaimed hospitality duo Alessandro and Anna Pavoni, whose thoughtful approach to food and hospitality has helped shape Australia’s dining landscape. Whether gathering over a long lunch, sharing an evening meal, enjoying aperitivos at Bar Capri or unwinding beside the lagoon pool, delegates have no shortage of beautiful spaces to connect beyond the conference room.

The lagoon pool and private Elysium Cabanas also provide a distinctive setting for welcome receptions, networking events, incentive experiences and celebrations beneath the Noosa sun, while Hastings Street and Main Beach are only moments away.

Dining designed around the occasion

Beyond Cibaria, the resort’s broader culinary offering celebrates premium Australian produce with a contemporary coastal sensibility. From working breakfasts and conference lunches to gala dinners and bespoke celebrations, every menu is tailored to the occasion and designed around the rhythm of each event.

More than a conference venue, Elysium Noosa offers organisers a complete destination where business, hospitality and leisure come together in one of Australia’s most sought-after coastal settings.
