Qatar Airways is proud to announce a new inflight dining partnership with Australian celebrity chef, author and television personality Curtis Stone. Bringing the heartbeat of his Los Angeles flagship, Gwen Butcher Shop & Restaurant, to the skies, Chef Stone has designed an exclusive three-course Business Class menu, available to passengers travelling on Qatar Airways’ Los Angeles – Doha route.
The menu reflects Curtis’s ethos of craftsmanship and care, utilising seasonal ingredients to elevate classic dishes, including:

Chef Stone, who operates three award-winning restaurants globally, is celebrated for creating food that honours the finest ingredients and allows them to shine. At his Michelin-starred Gwen in Los Angeles, that philosophy comes to life through careful sourcing and refined technique – a spirit he now brings to Qatar Airways’ Business Class passengers at 30,000 feet.

This latest collaboration further cements Qatar Airways’ commitment to supporting Australian culinary talent, with the airline also partnering with Ross Lusted, award-winning Australian chef and owner of Woodcut, Sydney, and Marmelo, Melbourne.
Available on flights departing Australia for Doha, Chef Lusted’s menu for First and Business Class passengers celebrates the best of Australian produce.
