Regency Art Hotel’s Zam Zam Restaurant as the only Halal-certified restaurant within a hotel in Macao for now, makes its debut as a first-time participant at the 2026 Guangdong & Macau Branded Products Fair, Co-organized by the Macao Special Administrative Region Investment Promotion Bureau and the Guangdong Provincial Department of Commerce, presents authentic Middle Eastern Halal cuisine to preserve Macao’s UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy and enhance the city’s positioning as a Muslim-friendly travel destination.

Signature Menu Showcasing Authentic Middle Eastern Flavours
Zam Zam Restaurant is presenting a selection of classic Middle Eastern halal dishes at the fair, including:
Muhammara – A classic Middle Eastern dip made with roasted red peppers, walnuts, breadcrumbs, and pomegranate molasses – rich, smooth, and full of flavour.
Musakhan Roll – Inspired by the classic Palestinian dish, featuring spiced roast chicken wrapped in flatbread – a uniquely aromatic delight.
Shawarma Roll with French Fries – A Middle Eastern dish, featuring slow-roasted spiced meat wrapped in flatbread and served with crispy French fries.
Butter Chicken with Paratha – A beloved Indian curry dish, featuring tender chicken simmered in a creamy butter sauce, served with flaky Indian flatbread (Paratha).
Chicken Biryani – A South Asian classic, layered with fragrant spices, tender chicken, and long-grain rice, slow-cooked to perfection.
Lamb Biryani – A South Asian classic, layered with aromatic spices, succulent lamb, and long-grain rice, rich in flavour.
Hot Masala Tea – A traditional Indian spiced tea, brewed with black tea and a variety of spices.
“Zam Zam Restaurant” accommodates a total of 120 guests and partitioned into four sections: main dining area, air-conditioned verandah, and 2 private dining rooms that can host between 10 and 30 people. Outdoor dining is also available for a casual dining experience. Guests of all nationalities are welcome to host large and small parties, private functions, tour groups, or take-away orders.
