Set within Ruins Luxury Resort along the striking natural surroundings of Bodrum’s coastline, Sips Bodrum brings its iconic Barcelona energy and world-class mixology to a breathtaking rooftop location at one of the Mediterranean’s most glamorous destinations.
Founded by visionary bartenders Simone Caporale and Marc Álvarez, Sips Drinkery House of Barcelona – the duo’s flagship location – has earned its place within the World’s 50 Best Bars list, celebrated as No.1 in Europe, and No.3 in the world. At Sips Bodrum, guests can expect boundary-pushing cocktails, inventive flavour profiles and an electric yet refined Aegean atmosphere.
On the menu, guests can find signature Sips classics and some new additions exclusive to Bodrum. Stand outs include, the Metate Margarita, made with tequila, fresh citrus, Madagascar vanilla and metate spicy frost; the Drake, made with Absolut Elyx, fresh mint soda, and aromatic bubbles; and the Ruins Espresso Martini, a Turkish take on the classic finished with a delicate pineapple ‘air’.
