Holiday party season may still feel months away, but companies are already planning year-end celebrations and securing sought-after dates. Beginning in November and running through mid-January, Flight Club, the original Social Darts® concept, will give groups a new reason to gather with Holiday in the Highlands, a seasonal events experience inspired by the warmth, charm and hospitality of the Scottish Highlands.

Flight Club’s design-led venues will set the scene with rich tartans, evergreen accents and festive seasonal details, creating a cozy winter backdrop for office holiday parties, year-end celebrations, client appreciation events and festive gatherings of all sizes.

The Highland inspiration carries through to the table with seasonal additions alongside Flight Club favorites. The holiday events menu features holiday turkey sliders, smoked salmon blini, Highland steak skewers, venison sliders and lamb lollipops, plus elevated options ranging from butcher platters to seafood towers and holiday desserts. Seasonal drinks include the Scottish Hearth, made with Glenfiddich Scotch, apple brandy, cinnamon, dark cherry and walnut bitters, alongside festive cocktails and customizable beverage packages. Scotch whisky tastings will offer groups another way to lean into the Highland experience.

“We welcome many companies back during the holiday season, and Holiday in the Highlands gives returning groups a fresh experience while keeping the celebration just as seamless,” said Daniel Addis, senior vice president of sales. “Planners want to know the major pieces are taken care of, and Flight Club brings the space, food and drinks, entertainment and dedicated event support together in one place.”

Each venue is thoughtfully designed around semi-private playing spaces known as “oches,” where groups can eat, drink and play together. Richly appointed interiors inspired by Victorian fairgrounds create a polished, energetic atmosphere, while attentive service and flexible layouts accommodate everything from intimate gatherings to large-scale, full-venue buyouts with ease. Customizable food and beverage packages and branded touches, including personalized screens, cocktail toppers and logo ice, allow each event to be tailored to the company, group and occasion.

At the center of the experience is Flight Club’s proprietary Social Darts® technology, which transforms traditional darts into fast-paced multiplayer games with automated scoring and intuitive gameplay that remove barriers for first-time players and keep guests engaged, making it an ideal activity for team-building, networking events and client entertainment. For groups of 30 or more, tournament play turns up the friendly competition with bracket-style play, live scoring and a dedicated Games Host.

Flight Club’s shareable food and beverage program is designed to make group planning easier, with menus that offer variety without the complexity of individual ordering. Guests can enjoy spirits, wine, locally selected draft beers and a collection of distinctive signature cocktails. All handcrafted cocktails are also available zero-proof, ensuring every guest can enjoy the same sophisticated cocktail regardless of preference.
