Pan Pacific Perth is inviting diners to discover two exclusive Latin American dining experiences this August as part of Plateful Perth, with limited-time menus at award-winning UMA and wine bar Más Vino available only during the month-long festival.
Now in its fourth year, Plateful Perth shines a spotlight on Perth’s hospitality scene through a month of exclusive menus, one-off events and collaborations that encourage people to explore the city in new, unique ways. As part of the festival, Pan Pacific Perth’s signature venues have each created a limited time offering that pairs exceptional food and premium spirits with the rich traditions behind them.
Más Vino’s Volcan Tequila Flight invites guests to explore three premium expressions of Volcan tequila, Blanco, Cristalino and X.A., each thoughtfully paired with crisp cassava root chips to complement each pour. Available Monday to Saturday throughout August, the tasting is priced just $45pp.
Meanwhile, UMA is serving up a limited-time shared menu that celebrates the flavours of South American street food featuring Pan de Yema, Ceviche Fresco, Salmon Tiradito and Empanadas, accompanied by one of the restaurant’s signature Pisco Sours. Available Tuesday-Friday in August, tasting journey is available for $75pp.
