Fairmont Singapore welcomes the Mid-Autumn Festival 2026 with its 2026 Mooncake Collection, a thoughtfully curated selection of baked and snowskin mooncakes created for sharing, gifting and celebrating meaningful connections.

Presented in a limited-edition 40th Anniversary Heritage Keepsake Box, this year’s collection commemorates 40 years of the landmark building that Fairmont Singapore calls home. Inspired by the property’s distinctive façade and balcony architecture, the Bordeaux-hued design is adorned with intricate golden gilded clasp, paying tribute to four decades of hospitality while creating a keepsake to be enjoyed long after the mooncakes have been shared.

This year’s collection introduces Fairmont Singapore’s first fully Halal-Certified Baked Mooncakes alongside a selection of Handcrafted Snowskin Mooncakes. The 2026 Mooncake Collection also includes a range of Mooncake Gift Sets designed for festive gatherings, gifting and corporate gifting.

Fairmont’s Baked Mooncake Collection

Marking a first for the hotel, all baked mooncakes are halal-certified. While traditional mooncake recipes often use ingredients that are not halal-certified, this year’s baked collection has been carefully curated to feature halal-certified recipes that preserve the familiar flavours and textures associated with traditional mooncakes.

This year’s collection features the enduring favourites:

• Low Sugar White Lotus Paste with Single Yolk
• Low Sugar White Lotus Paste with Double Yolk

alongside two new additions.

Inspired by the longstanding tradition of enjoying tea with mooncakes, Oolong Tea Lotus with Multigrain Brown Sugar pairs fragrant oolong tea notes with smooth lotus paste and the caramel richness of brown sugar.

Also new this year is Premium Mixed Nuts with Pumpkin Seeds, a tribute to one of the most traditional mooncake varieties. Filled with a generous blend of nuts and seeds, it celebrates the textures and flavours long associated with Mid-Autumn festivities, bringing a classic favourite back to the forefront of the collection.

Mini Snowskin Mooncakes

Presented in the shape of a traditional shou tao, or longevity peach, Fairmont Singapore’s Handcrafted Snowskin Mooncakes have become a distinctive feature of the hotel’s Mid-Autumn collection. Symbolising longevity, prosperity and good fortune, each mooncake is handcrafted in-house by Fairmont Singapore’s culinary team.

New this year, the lotus seed paste used across the snowskin collection is infused with delicate rose notes, creating a floral foundation that complements the range of fruit, tea and chocolate flavour combinations.

Leading this year’s new introductions are the Dubai Chocolate Snowskin Mooncakes, combining pistachio, kunafa crisp and white chocolate. The flavour reinterprets the popular Dubai chocolate confection in mooncake form.

Adding to the list of new flavours are:

• Whisky Orange
• Pandan Bliss
• Yuzu Green Tea
• Elderflower Apple
• Osmanthus Tangerine

While Pandan Bliss offers a nod to a familiar local flavour, Osmanthus Tangerine and Yuzu Green Tea draw on traditional Asian flavour pairings, while Elderflower Apple introduces a lighter floral-fruit combination.

Returning favourites include the much-loved Champagne Snowskin Mooncakes, a long-standing bestseller, alongside Raspberry Rose, which pairs naturally with the rose-infused lotus seed paste at the heart of this year’s collection.

Guests may enjoy the complete Assorted Mini Snowskin Mooncake Set (S$128), featuring all eight flavours, or choose from specially curated six-piece assortments including:

Sale and collection will take place from 17 August to 25 September 2026 (10am to 8pm) at the Mid-Autumn booth located on Level Two of Fairmont Singapore.
